ForgeHER — Confidence to Lead

ForgeHER is a high-impact professional development series created under a Blue Forge Alliance grant through the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP). This program focuses on building confidence, promotability, and leadership readiness for women across all manufacturing roles.
What Participants Will Learn
