Frontline Level 1 Series

This series covers the fundamental building blocks to becoming an effective leader. Engaging in this series will help you discover your management style and your strengths as a leader. Each workshop will cover an essential leadership skill and build upon the previous lesson. Generally, there is a break between workshops allowing you to exercise these new skills and have the opportunity to ask questions at the next workshop.
