This training covers OSHA requirements for CFR section 1910, Subpart D, Walking-Working Surfaces (29 CFR 1910.21 – 1910.30). Instruction is designed to familiarize employees with the basic OSHA requirements of working and walking surfaces. Course topics include: - General industry housekeeping standards for aisles and passageways - Common hazards related to walking and working surfaces - General standards for stairways and railings - General requirements for scaffolding and other elevated surfaces - General standards for the use of ladders (fixed and portable) - Requirements for guarding floor and wall openings, including holes - Fall protection - Falling object protection
