Thank you to everyone who came out to the “Sticks in ‘26” UMA annual golf tournament. What started off as a bit of a chilly morning gave way to a beautiful May day and we could not have asked for better weather. This year we moved the tournament to the beautiful Stonebridge Golf Club in West Valley so no tall hills and out of control winds this year.
We must start off by recognizing our title sponsor Interwest Transportation! Their hole-in-one giveaway for the truck was certainly memorable and their support had a tremendous impact on the success of the day. We heard their was indeed a hole-in-one that day, but it was on the Fishbowl hole. Interwest also did an amazing job helping create a jam-packed raffle with a wide range of prizes. If you didn’t get the opportunity to talk to them on their hole, we highly recommend you check them out and see how they can help your business.

Fishbowl Inventory for their sponsorship of the delicious make your own breakfast burrito bar. For a long day on the links this was the perfect way to warm up and have the energy to tee off. As the golfers waited for the start of the tournament, they took their time warming up at the driving range, sponsored by Hillcrest Bank and Intermountain Business Lending and at the putting green sponsored by Strike, who also assisted with the printing of all our signage. As the shotgun time approached golfers went to their waiting carts who were sponsored by DBD Investment Bank.
As the golfers competed against their fellow industry members, they were treated to snacks, games, and swag, generously provided by our hole sponsors.
