The Frontline Leader Series was developed to nurture and grow those who aspire to or have recently taken on a supervisory role within their company. Many leaders shined in previous role, but lack the necessary skills to lead others in the same capacity. We have developed this training series specifically to upskill frontline leaders in the manufacturing industry. Utah’s for-profit companies have the ability to util funding provided by the state of Utah to support workforce development. Funds can be used to assist with technical trainings, certifications, leadership development and more.
