401(k)
Companies small and large can tap into the power of multiple employer plan with the Utah Manufacturers Association (UMA) 401(k) plan, offered exclusively by Altura Financial Advisors. Get the flexibility to create a plan tailored just for you – with options and service normally only available to the largest 401(k) pans.
Health Plans
The Utah Manufacturers Association Health Plan (AHP) is a Select Health-insured group health option for eligible UMA member-employers with 2 to 100 enrolled employees (but preferably no less than 5 enrolled). The principal benefits of an AHP are potential premium savings, relative protection from large rate increases, and typically, richer plan benefits. Unlike the small group market in Utah, this health plan includes medical underwriting during the quoting process to determine group risk and rates and to maintain long-term viability and affordability for the large majority of participating employers.
The plan offers ten varied Select Health comprehensive benefit plans from which employers may choose in any combination without limitation. Both the Select Health Med and Value provider networks are offered as well (the Value network is offered and operates only in nine Northern Utah counties). Dental and Vision plans are also available. The UMA AHP, after approximately ten years since its founding and nearly 150 employers insured, is one of the largest of its type in Utah and is well positioned for continuing success.

Industrial Supply
Industrial Supply is offering all Utah Manufacturers Association members its best standard pricing schedule.
